Month One
Client & Business Familiarisation
Welcome Session with Password Management Review and Asana Build
The first month is a massive learning month so we break it down into shared learning and I support you completely through the onboarding stage, as well as building out your Asana.
Month Two
Client Workflows and Journey
Focus on Client Asana introduction and usability as well as diving into your specific business journeys.
Identifying Client Workflow/Journey and basic biz processes to begin mapping out. We begin to build out your SOPs and better identify areas that may be being missed on your client journey.
Month Three
Business Tech & Tools
Looking at options for Integrations and optimisation.
Together we review your current Business Tech & Tools to ensure they are serving you, your goals and your processes.
We continue your learning and onboarding in Asana with regular support sessions.
Month Four
Client Journey Mapping
This is a big month for capturing all of the tasks you are ‘doing’.
We review what you would like to eventually outsource and what tasks can be simplified to be repeatable.
Month Five
Pulling it all together
Final month for review and Asana Training.
We review, finalise and capture any tasks or training that may have been missed or needs further explantation. This month is always different for each client. Depending purely on how you feel you are in your asana journey.
